A label that is made by the Aquila del Torre winery only in the best vintages, and which demonstrates, from the first encounter, its charismatic personality.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003eThis Riserva originates from the grapes of a variety widely grown within the regional borders of Friuli Venezia Giulia, Refosco. The vines of this variety are more than 20 years old, and are situated at an altitude of between 175 and 350 meters above sea level, in vineyards with a hilly profile characterized by a marly, clayey subsoil. The must ferments spontaneously thanks to the presence of indigenous yeasts in French oak vats, performing a long maceration on the skins. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in cement. Final aging is carried out\u003cstrong\u003e in French oak barrels for about 12 months\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003eThis Refosco Riserva announces itself to the eye with a ruby red color, crossed by flashes that tend more toward garnet in the rim. Rich and layered the nose, where intense aromas alternate, telling \u003cstrong\u003espicy notes\u003c\/strong\u003e and oriental, enhanced by touches of ripe fruit and toasted wood.
